I will be a little nervous at WV without Ford but it would be interesting to see how Perine would handle getting 20+ carries. Would love to see big sets pounding the D then throw Ross in there for some speed on occasion.

I think it’d be good to get Ross involved in the passing game with a couple swing passes first.
Also agree to incorporate into the offense Ross with some short passes like we did with B Clay last season.

I really think Ross is still the No. 2 . I really think he gets a little too wound up and tries to hit the whole too fast and doesn’t take a slow step or two to let the play develop and see what’s there ; even had the impression he was getting yelled at for that after one of his carries sat.
in my completely uninformed ,untrained and not so humble opinion .. 🙂
I really believe he is so fast he has to learn to dial it back a bit and give the line a chance to make the hole where it wants to be the turn on the jets
