Monster slate of games this week, as I’m sure you’ve heard by now. Six separate match-ups between teams in some form of the Top 25. And we’ve already had a big upset that could seriously shake up this week’s Top 5 pending the results of this weekend.
I’ll throw out some suggestions, feel free to ignore them if you’d like, then you all can have at it in the comments section.

False. TCU will key on him. I hope to see the fastest guy on the team, Daniel Brooks, get some touches too.

False, but not by much. I still think he’ll turn it over a few times. TCU hasn’t seen a defense like this one yet.

I really think Nebraska has a great chance vs. MSU. Ameer Abdulla is an absolute beast… They have a fighter’s chance!

4. Yes – Knight still focuses on Shepard, but is because Shepard has skillz.
5. Yes- TCU’s offense is a pass happy offense now, not as much ball control.
6. Yes – Boykin hasn’t experienced a defense like OU’s, especially the pass-d.

Over on TK running the ball, probably that QB draw we tend to run. Perine will rush for over 100 yards. Alexander will lead in tackles. Surprisingly, I believe we will have more passing TDs than rushing TDs, 2 to Bell in the redzone. I think LSU will bounce back and upset Auburn.
2 TDs to Bell? Thanks for that one. I hope you’re right, but I don’t see him getting 2 TDs all year.
It’s wishful thinking haha, but I would like them to utilize him more in the redzone (outside of and goal to go situations). Patterson knows the closer we get to the goal line, we will use Perine, and he will be sure to put almost everyone in the box to stop him. I would like to see a little play action, and with Bell’s size, and most LBs crowding the line, he may get an open look or be against a smaller CB. I know it’s unlikely to happen, but one can hope. Haha.
Along with Brent I love the call but for this game I would just settle for them throwing it to him 2 times! LOL!
The state of mississippi will go 3-0 this weekend. Ole miss, miss st and southern miss will all win. I expect ole miss to have 5 sacks.

7. If they throw for over 300 then more than likely tcu wins but also could be an indicator of ou getting up early causing a couple turnovers which leads tcu to throw the rest of the game. I don’t see a fast start for ou though.

1.) OVER! I say this emphatically because the zone read is a DESIGNED RUN FOR THE QB based on what the DE does and we will run that 20 times. Now only if they would allow him to pull it and run!

Baylor completely dismantles Texas. Charlie considers going to SMU. I also believe that Perine goes into Optimus mode and eases his way into Heisman talk. Those are my predictions. Boomer

Close game in first half. Sooners pull away in second half with power run game and passes to KJ Young. TK won’t run much and will mostly hand off, pitch to sweeps or misdirection plays, and toss the rock on short routes. I expect Ross to have two very long runs – one in the kicking game and one on a toss sweep.
And my second prediction is that even though OU is on upset alert before the game – after the blowout by OU those same analysts will say “OU should have blown them out because they are just TCU and aren’t very good”.
