2017 WR Charleston Rambo Commits To Oklahoma

The Sooners continue to tear it up on the recruiting trail adding not one, but two 2017 wide receivers on this Easter Sunday. Cedar Hill (TX) product Charleston Rambo announced his commitment to the Sooners in conjunction with now fellow OU commit Jalen Reagor.
We’re currently working to confirm that Oklahoma’s recruiting right now is the reason they created the fire emoji. In the meantime, however, a double dose of Denzel for the good people of TFB.

Thing is, w/ the numbers, OU has so many options at WR right now. Take your visits but just know you are not irreplaceable. There are guys standing in line for your spot.

We have 19 “so called ball catchers”. DeDe and Baxter are the Seniors that will be gone. Mead, Quick, and Andrews are the only one’s behind them that have shown potential. We need quality for the future because over half on the roster will never contribute. Yes we need some future beef also and they will come.

Rambo is the higher rated wr, but i believe neal was rated higher than Shepard too.

Rambo is higher rated, but Reagor has the better list of blue blood offers, IMO.
Both will make major contributions, Reagor will be the star.

We need to have a good 2016 season, so we can start stacking really good recruiting classes on top of really good recruiting classes. We need 2-3 classes in a row that look like what the 2017 class is shaping up to be. Off to a great start. Hope we get Rison too.
From the day we bought in Coach B and Monty, out recruiting has improved significantly. With the addition of Cook, paired with Viney creates that “it” coolness factor that really resonates with kids these days. Gone are the days of stoops giving his assistants the benefit of the doubt, and its paying dividends both on the field, and recruiting.
