– Josh Proctor: 2018 Safety from Owasso, OK, Josh Proctor will be taking a visit to Norman next week for the Sooners BBQ. If you listened to Brandon’s podcast yesterday, he had 2018 Sooners commit and Tulsa, OK DB Patrick Fields on with him.

Fields broke the news that Proctor would indeed be there for the BBQ, and talked about Proctor’s relationship with the other 2018 Sooners commit. He said that they have a great relationship with many of the other local Sooners recruits, and mentioned that he works out with Proctor sometimes. This is a prime example of how beneficial it is to have local studs like Fields on board for the Sooners; they can be major keys in the recruiting world.
Proctor coming to Norman for a visit is a huge opportunity for the Sooners to impress the stud Ohio State commit, and continue working on getting him to Norman long term.
