Brey Walker: Yesterday was a bit of a whirlwind. Immediately after the Texas A&M visit, Walker told us, that he’d be pushing his signing date back to February saying, “They (Texas A&M) have me a rattled…I just have to think about some stuff”.

That was around 4:00 PM Sunday afternoon.

Coaches got word and worked to get things under control…

Then around 7:45 PM, Brey told me, “I’m signing this week. False alarm”.

We will continue to watch this one though as it does seem Texas A&M did a great job over the weekend. Also, keep in mind that Walker has a strong relationship with Fisher. Brey visited Florida State earlier this year when Fisher was the head coach. – (Brandon)

Courtre Alexander: Spoke with in-state DL, Courtre Alexander while he was on his way home from a official visit to Texas. Alexander was offered by Texas this past weekend and the Horns are pushing for him to sign with them this week.

I asked Courtre if there has been any contact from OU and he said that Coach Thibs reached out to him on Friday when he was heading down to Texas, “he was just letting me know that they’ve been watching me and keeping tabs on me”.

I asked Courtre, if Oklahoma asked him to hold off from signing for a chance at a OU offer in January if that would affect his decision regarding Texas. He replied, “definitely not”.

Courtre said he has not yet decided if he will commit and sign early. He says he’s going to discuss that with his family over the next day or two. If there is real interest from Oklahoma though, it sounds like they’ll need to do something pretty quickly. – (Super K)

DaShaun White: I spoke with DaShaun White last night and I’ll full have a full write up shortly.

But I want to pass along this…

I asked him he still plans on signing this week. He said, “Got a little reflecting to do but I’m still feeling the O (OU) heavily”.

Usually there is a post visit high. So, if that’s as high as he gets on TAMU then I think OU still looks good. – (Super K)

Josh ProctorAm told by a source that Josh Proctor is expected to sign with Ohio State this week. Proctor has gone back and forth but I was told Sunday afternoon that he plans to sign with Ohio State this week. – (Super K)
