This is a big time pick up for Oklahoma!

UPDATE: Courtney is going to take the trip to Notre Dame. However he told me that Oklahoma is “letting” him go. I’ve talked to Courtney enough to know that he wants to take trips. Can’t really blame him. He definitely wanted to take the trip to Oregon for the fun of it.

Bobby Evans, yup. He and Gregg Little are pretty good friends. I hope Bobby can swing him over to OU as well. We also need to look at Jalen Guyton. Although its a long shot (his dream spot is Stanford) he is the real deal.

Yes, he and Kyler are best friends. Don’t know why the connection took till midway through the season but once they got on the same page it was awesome

Would love an explanation from the recruiting sites as to why Garnett was a four star recruit right up to the day(Jan 7) he dropped his UT commit and now is rated a three star.
From what I’ve read and videos I’ve seen he is exactly the type of DT everyone wants, he gets there fast and makes plays.
Don’t sweat the stars because they are completely meaningless. They are awarded by who and how many schools are offering. No one who places a star value on kids travels the country watching them in person, it’s all word of mouth. Most NFL players were 2 and3 stars out of HS, that should tell you something.
I understand, just would love to see them put on the spot and hear their heel-rocking, change jingling explanation.
