Here comes week 3!
OU plays at 7:00 on Saturday, but there’s plenty more football to watch. This thread will highlight a few games to watch and give TFB readers a place to hang out while catching this weekend’s football.
Big 12 Games
Week 2 had 8 Big 12 teams playing a non-conference opponent.
Results
The Good: Oklahoma beat South Dakota in a straightforward win. Several other Big 12 teams handled business against lesser squads: Kansas State thumped a bad Bowling Green team, Baylor stomped UTSA, Oklahoma State handled McNeese, and Texas Tech beat UTEP.
The Bad: Texas lost a close game to LSU, but certainly put up a fight.
The Ugly: Kansas only has so many wins on their schedule; can’t lose to Coastal Carolina. Also… West Virginia is downright bad, getting throttled by Missouri.
Week 3 has only 9 non-conference games.
