The Sooners received more good news tonight. Top 2018 OT, Brey Walker (Moore, OK) has committed to Oklahoma.
Walker already held offers from schools like Alabama, Arkansas, Michigan, Oklahoma State and others.
Needless to say this is a major pick up for the Sooners!

BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE!
Love me some Denzel! And some Brey!
He is the guy coached by Rashaun Woods, correct? Lol, love his (Walker’s) timing.
No, that’s Tramonda Moore
I think Tremonda Moore is the kid coached by Woods this is the teammate of Casey Thompson at Southmoore High School
Tramonda Moore is coached by Rashawn Woods, but that’s at OKC John Marshall. Walker plays at Southmoore and is a 2018 teammate of Casey Thompson.
SMH at 2018 though.
Crazy to be getting commitments this early but if you do it should be for a 6’6″ 295lb OL from your backyard that everybody projects as a 5* talent. Time will tell but sounds good for now!
Gotta think this helps them land Casey Thompson if he’s the 2018 QB they decide to go after
Long way until signing day but excited that we’ve made that big of an impression on him to commit now
BOOM!
Welcome Mr. Walker!!!!
2 big time commitments and a Big 12 championship… Man it’s fun being a Sooner!
Yeah, I mean I guess it’ll do. ?
Bedenboom…!!!
Boom! all aboard the Sooner Express
Boom!
I said earlier that Saturday was a good day for more reasons than one. This is one of them.
Do you have some type of connection?
Big Boom for a big future Sooner!
BIG BOY! WELCOME!
Dang! He’s only a sophomore? Impressive big man!
Wonder if this is the second secret that Selve referee to on twitter or if more good info is coming!
Breaking News “After numerous sightings here over the past year DENZEL WASHINGTON is moving to Oklahoma and has in fact committed to the OU Sooners!” Details later!
He will still BOOM though……right?
Fo sho! dat’s what he do!
Welcome big man. It says a lot to keep your word when you make a commitment. Stay with us and be a CHAMPION.

Exactly. Duh.
Duh.
Take Your crap off this board!!!
This feels like an “Adrian Peterson ready for the NFL in high school” type of recruit, literally a HUGE commitment!
If you win, they will come.
Boom baby!
2018. That kid is a sophomore in high school and he’s already 6’6″ 320lb. That’s ridiculous. I’d take it the commitment with a grain of salt though. 2018 is a long way off. Teams are going to keep pushing for him for the next two years. We need to stay on him to make sure he stays committed.
If he continues like that, he will most likely be a 5-star lineman and one of the(if not the best) best in the country
Nice, as long as we can hold onto him. I hope he’s one of those who likes to recruit others. Those kids seem to stick, even if they commit early.
Anyone know if Walker grew up a Sooner fan?
Welcome Big Man!
Very impressive young man. Apparently, smart too.
Nice, now we have to keep him for 2 yrs.
Agree. Forgive me for not getting uber excited about this …yet.
We will as long as nothing crazy happens. The kid obviously is high on ou. I think he was at every home game. He may end up being our best in state prospect since McCoy
Outstanding. Love seeing top flight in-state recruits play for the good guys
If Alabama is recruiting him too, who does what in the playoff will likely be a big part of his recruitment
So….you think he may change his mind so quickly based on the outcome of one game? Geez, give the kid more credit than that.
People like you who come on these threads looking for an argument are amusing to me. I am simply acknowledging what others here have noted – that he is being recruited hard by some heavy hitters, and he still has 2 years until graduation. And yes, players commit and then change their minds all the time….happens every year. Any fan who has watched this game more than 10 minutes ought to know that.
Lock em up!! We need to get back to the days when if you were an Oklahoma football player good enough to get an OU offer, you went to OU!
Huge. This kid is the next great one at OT
Long way till signing day 2018, but exciting news all the same. A kid this excited to be at OU IMHO is likely to stay ‘committed’ to being a Sooner. Welcome Big Brey!!!
Anyway this kid graduates early ,, like ,, next week maybe ? yikes
