Boom News! | Tulane Transfer DT Jeffery Johnson Commits to OU!

The Sooners picked up a priority commitment from Tulane transfer Defensive Tackle Jeffery Johnson a few minutes ago!
Johnson (6’3 295) has one year to play and he brings much needed size and experience to the interior of the OU defensive line.
As I mentioned this morning in the Randoms (HERE) we were told things went really well on his visit.
‘***Source added OU believes they are players for Tulane DT Johnson and Missouri DT Mekhi Wingo and that things went very well with Johnson in particular.’
OU also feels like they are in good shape with Missouri DT Transfer Mekhi Wingo, but we will continue to dig there.
Big pickup for the Sooners at a position of need!
