The Sooners picked up a commitment from ’23 EDGE Taylor Wein (6’6 235) out of Nolensville, TN!
Wein has seen his recruitment take off after the Sooners offered back on November 9th.
Wein set up his visit to Norman prior to receiving the offer on November 8th and once he got on campus it didn’t take long for him to know that Norman was the place for him.
Following the OU offer, Wein picked up offers from USC, Ole Miss, Missouri, Cincinnati, Kentucky and Oklahoma State.
The Sooners made Wein a major priority as soon as Colton Vasek left the class and their quick pivot paid off as they secured his verbal commitment!
