The Sooners added an intriguing member to their ‘23 lass as athlete Taylor Heim (6’3 190) out of Bethany, Oklahoma has announced his verbal pledge to Oklahoma!
Heim was offered one week ago today and he is taking an official visit this weekend to Norman.
Taylor is a guy I could see playing any number of positions for OU as you can see where he could fit in at tight end or wide receiver on the offensive side or EDGE or even Cheetah on the defensive side.
As I mentioned previously, the only real feedback I received on him in regard to a position is that a source said ‘It’s gonna be difficult to keep him away from the offensive side of the ball’ but I can imagine Miguel Chavis and Brent Venables will try their best.
Really nice late add to the class as he brings good size and speed to the program.
