Happy Friday y’all!
– OU vs. TX Visitor List: We’ve started putting together the OU/TX visitor list over on The Original Posters. If you missed it, HERE is what we’ve got so far.
– Trayvon Mullen: OU offered 2016 CB Trayvon Mullen yesterday. Mullen hails from Coconut Creek, Florida.
– Kahlil Haughton: Caught up with Kahlil earlier this week. He recently took an official visit to Nebraska and it sounds like they made a bigger impression on him than he expected. We asked about the trip experience and how it compares to OU and he said, “Nebraska was more informational so it was more about getting to know Nebraska, but OU was more just to experience the game day and the people. Both game days were great though.” Essentially, what he seemed to saying was since he’s visited OU on multiple occasions, it was less about getting to know OU and more about taking in the full experience. The trip to Nebraska was about really getting to understand the school and getting to know the coaches.
Kahlil did say that Nebraska is now in his Top 5, which now consists of: Baylor, OU, Texas Tech, Nebraska & Arkansas. He has taken an official to OU and Nebraska, now he will take visits to Texas Tech, Baylor, and Arkansas. We still feel good about where OU stands, but obviously with three more officials and coaches continuing to pursue him, it’s still a little too early to call. At this point, though, we’d give OU the lead. But again, it’s early.
– Anthony Wheeler: We were told by a friend in the Dallas area that Anthony Wheeler’s current leader is in fact Oklahoma. We have been told, however, that Wheeler is going to try to attend the Baylor/Texas game this weekend. Wheeler did let us know earlier this week that he also plans on attending OU/Texas.
– Erick Fowler: Spoke to 2016 OLB Erick Fowler last night. He received an offer from Texas earlier this week. Fowler’s step brother is Texas defensive lineman, Desmond Jackson. That may lead most to assume he’s now a Horn lock, but I (K) have spoken to Fowler quite a bit and he is far from a Horn lock. In fact, if I were pressed to guess at his two leaders right now I’d say it’s Baylor and OU. His family are of course Texas fans, but he actually grew up a bit of an LSU fan. Fowler said he will be at this weekend’s Baylor/Texas game, but also plans on making it up to Dallas for the OU/Texas game as well. Fowler is a difference maker on the defensive side of the ball.
– Antoine Stephens: Kimball HS 2015 cornerback Antoine Stephens is receiving some serious interest from Oklahoma. We’ve mentioned Stephens now a couple times and apparently coach Mike Stoops went by Kimball last week and met with Stephens. He got a look at Stephens’ size and was apparently quite impressed. Stephens is just shy of 6’2″ and close to 190 lbs. Apparently Stoops told Stephens that they are very interested in him and are going to continue to watch him. Stephens is absolutely under the radar, but that is starting to change quickly. Yesterday 247Sports writer, Brian Perroni tweeted out the following:
College coaches, want a big, physical CB? Request Hudl film of Dallas Kimball's Antoine Stephens. Going to blow up. http://t.co/PIPODjIq5q
— Brian Perroni (@Perroni247) October 2, 2014
For a few notes about Stephens from K see THIS post from a few weeks ago. Oklahoma State is apparently also very interested in Stephens. In fact, he will be in Stillwater this weekend for a visit. HERE are some of Perroni’s notes from yesterday on the under-the-radar prospect.
– Andrew Fitzgerald: Another 2016 prospect OU is showing interest in is DE Andrew Fitzgerald out of Flower Mound, Texas. As noted on our OU/Texas visitor list, he is expected to be in Dallas next weekend. Fitzgerald told us that Cale Gundy stopped by his practice recently and said OU is very interested in him. Apparently the interest is mutual. Fitzgerald is a long defensive end prospect who will obviously need to add weight, but has a nice frame for what Oklahoma is doing in their front. Fitzgerald hasn’t received his first offer just yet, but he’s receiving heavy interest from a number of schools including Texas, Arkansas, and now Oklahoma.
– Jeffrey Okudah: I know it’s early but keep your eye on this 2017 prospect. Oklahoma visited ATH/Safety Jeffrey Okudah last week (along with several other prospects) at South Grand Prairie. Apparently OU coaches told him they’d like to see him at a game, so he too will be at the OU/Texas game. I (K) LOVE this kid. Even as a 2017 kid, I don’t believe he will make it past this season without his offer list blowing up. He’s young but he’s just too talented and schools aren’t going to want to wait. Our guy Alex King, who is covering northern Texas for us, has been in regular touch with Okudah and was the one who originally turned us on to him. Glad he did.
– Michael Scott (New 2015 Name): A new 2015 name in the Dallas area that our guy, Alex King, came across is LB Michael Scott from Irving, Texas (Nimitz HS). Scott has no relationship to Dunder Mifflin (zing!), but he is an SMU commit so he does love Ponies…at least for the moment. Apparently OU, Texas, and Texas A&M have all reached out to him recently. He told Alex that he feels a Texas and OU offer could come soon. He said he talks to Tim Kish quite a bit and has been in regular communication with coach Beatty at TAMU and coach Chambers at Texas.
Scott is a long LB prospect that can run but unfortunately there isn’t a ton of film available on him available just yet. Scott will take a visit to Texas this weekend for the Baylor game. Scott plays OLB at times, so he may very well be someone OU is staying in touch with in case they miss on guys like Cassius Peat and others. But he also may be someone they’re looking at as a potential ILB. He’s got a great frame and could be an ILB in the form of Georgia’s star LB from a couple years back, Alec Ogletree. We’ve always been advocates of finding longer Jordan Evan’s type OLBs and converting them. That length can continue to squeeze passing lanes and, of course, longer players tend to carry the necessary weight a little better. There is always some give and take, but it’s something OU has done with guys like Jordan Evans and Tay Evans.
– Recruiting: Just wanted to note that in the past few years, Oklahoma has seemed to really scramble towards the end of the recruiting cycle to fill their class. Because OU is in with so many high profile players this year, there will obviously be some late guys they will wait on. However, for the most part you see a much clearer picture at most positions…especially where it matters most, namely offensive and defensive line. This has allowed OU to really get an early jump on the 2016 class.

Great updates. So by being somewhat ahead of where they want to be in 2015 or in a great position with 2015 recruits leading them to getting a head start on 2016 recruits, is this a trend we can see for a few years?
Also the Stephens kid, is there any film on him?
With guys like Montgomery and Bedenbaugh and the way OU is playing on the field…I expect the recruiting to continue to get stronger. Stephens film is private but I’ve viewed it. He’s nice!
If you had to make a prediction who do you think will be the other corner in this class?
Wish someone would get Whitfield down to the OU/UT game. I would love to see him visit with some of the other recruits.
Guess they took Woods over my other boy, Sternberger. I hope Sternberger continues to have a good year and gets himself a scholly somewhere.
I think sternberger still has a chance but he may end up a poke if I had to make a prediction. I think ou is still waiting to see what McNeal does.
WHITFIELD IS JUST AS ATHLETIC IF NOT MORE THAN WOODS MAKE THE OFFER BEFORE WE LOSE HIM. THINK CHRIS MASSEY ONLY BETTER.
Biggest thing I see is that we used to seem so desperate for players and now we go for kids who want to play and fit our scheme. I don’t know that you will see a ton of “5 star” guys but we know how TFB readers feel about all them gold stars lol, but I think you will see guys with high ceilings, who want to play, and who fit the scheme OU is running.
I would rather have someone play for me who came in everyday working to get better and busting their ass than a guy who is filled with talent but sits on his rear all day waiting to get to the NFL.
I want kids to chase their dream if they want to go to the NFL and I want talented guys on the roster, but IMO OU has shifted their focus even more towards quality character and work ethic.
Thanks for the info.
Thanks for reading!
Love the updates – Had heard about the Michael Scott kid before. Really interested to see some film on him. After Wheeler, I’m not sure what ILBs OU has in mind. We’re not getting Malik Jefferson. Is Anthony McKee an inside or outside guy? I know they’ve told Peat he could play either…
Brian, do a search on Griffin here at TFB. You will find out who I think should be an ILB for OU. I thought this the first 3 or 4 plays I watched back when K brought him to us. In addition, he was profiled by Boz and just read what Boz had to say. I’m thinking Boz has a little more cred than I do but kid is a player. Not long like they want but IMO has instincts like Striker. My .02
Anything new on Jalin Barnett? I have seen on scout and 247 that he’s torn between Ou and arky I believe he ends up at Ou but feel like it’s more of a battle now.
As a DFW resident and OU/TX ticket holder, I won’t be going due to the Ebola concerns. It’s a decision my family & I made together last night. Figured I could post this here to see if others might be feeling the same way?
And once again, thanks for this site!
Overboard man. Wash your hands. You will be fine.
Ain’t skeered!!
As long as you don’t make out with any strangers you should be good. If you’re concerned that you might, then definitely stay home.
Very unlikely you will get it. Most of the people they have “isolated” are just precautionary. Ebola is not an airborne pathogen, if it were I would understand the concern but you have to exchange bodily fluids to contract it. I don’t think there is too much reason to worry honestly.
Thanks for the explanation. I gave them to my brother-in-law and while I’m not as concerned today after reading more information, we still decided we’ll just go next year. We’ve been several times before
I will take your tix
Maybe you should move from DFW.
So are you selling?
Gave them to my brother-in-law, his wife, and kid. He went to Baylor so he’s gonna bororw some OU gear of mine and go undercover
I really hope we can find a Dwight Schrute to go along with Michael Scott.
….hey, tfb………folks, as of yesterday, I’m james haleless and an oui-ex………in part, it’s your fault so better perform!……….lol
I’m surprised you left I’m guessing they still haven’t been giving any inside info and kept promising more in the future? Meanwhile the posters keep ragging on anyone and everyone.
don’t be surprised……..was there for several yrs and it’s become stale and predictable for my interests
Oh and saying they don’t need to bother guys like the boz because he’s got more important things to do than watch film?
Wait…what? This was Hale saying this about TFB or what?
yes

Although 3* LB’s have panned out (Alexander & Evans), why can’t OU seem to land 4* or 5* LB’s?
My uninformed guess is that most 4* and 5* MLBs don’t necessarily fit into our defensive scheme (they are typically bigger, more traditional MLBs, whereas we typically want smaller, more athletic and versatile guys who can cover slots). As for OLBs, I have no clue.
I agree. It’s just my best guess but I think our coaches, particularly Stoops and Kish are looking for a specific type of athlete to fit the scheme which might explain why we see a wide range of prospects when it comes to rankings. But I also think they’re looking for high character kids as well. Look at the chemistry on this year’s team. Would any of us trade that for more 4 and 5 star kids? Hell, we’d be like Texas.
Yeah, I’ll take our 3* Evans, Alexander and Striker over these 4 and 5* guys. Find ’em, develop ’em for the schemes. Rather get a kid that wants to be a Sooner and develop him than trying to get these prima donnas that wait until the last minute to commit, and have committed or decommitted like 3 times. Okay, I feel better now.
You should feel better. That was quite the vent. But I agree again: recruit kids who fit our scheme and not simply because they’re 4 or 5 stars.
Not much of a rant, I should have put in all caps. LOL
Honestly ou should refuse to recruit 5* players. Now I will leave myself open to change that opinion if we get a couple this year that actually pan out. But the last 5-10 5* guys have been huge disappointments including mixon at this point. If he ends up having a great career in Norman then that changes things but I don’t feel great about him staying even with all his re confirming.
Also I know Brennan clay and ford were 5* on at least one site but they weren’t concensus 5*
The key about any recruit I think, whatever star they are, is do they fit our system and are they good character kids. Look at what happened to Texas under Mack Brown. A ton of stars and a boatload of trouble and losses. Maybe I oversimplify but I like how we go about bringing in talent and developing it. Especially now with the new guys.
You’re right about the coaches evaluating better now after the changes a couple years ago. On defense they need to keep finding guys at linebacker that can run like safeties. And safeties that can run like corners. And still find corners that can hold up on an island.
You’re spot on. I guess the hold up at LB is due to us chasing top prospects who generally take their OV’s before deciding. Some patience and faith is needed here.
Yeah I think it will all work out there I say by mid November we will have 2 or 3 committed and know where we stand with the other top targets.
After today, many LB prospects may rethink who they visit.
There’s an article on this site (https://thefootballbrainiacs.com/corporate-evaluation-sites-a-response-to-dean-blevins-and-the-stargazers) that speaks to the whole “star rating” thing. It’s pretty eye opening. Check it out if you have the time!
I will. Thanx! In the meantime it occurs to me that recruiting services don’t evaluate prospects with an eye towards if they fit a particular system and they don’t look at their character either. For the most part, college coaches do. I know we do. It has to do with winning and job security. The only recruiting “experts” are the coaches. I don’t sweat how many stars a kid has or doesn’t have. If our coaches have offered him, then he’s a player.
Do you think OU is being stubborn with the inside runs and lack of qb keepers for a reason? If we continue to pound it with perine, teams will have to move those outside linebackers in to help, not respecting the qb runs, leaving that edge open. I believe OU is keeping it up their sleeve until they are in a true dog fight (or maybe I’m giving heupel too much credit).
I think that is exactly the case, but wanted to add this.
If you think the decision, this far into the season, to have the offense we do is 100% on JH, I disagree. If Bob wanted OU to run outside more, or to involve Knight more in the run game, we’d be doing that. If Norvell wanted those things, you’d see more of it. I just don’t put that 100% on Josh. He calls the plays, but Bob and the other OU coaches have a say in the style and game planning.
Agree that it’s a collective decision. Also agree that OU is not showing its hand too soon. Why should they? Style points are one thing. Being undefeated is something else. I choose the latter. .
TK was told specifically to hand off every time for the WVU game, so I’m in the same thought process as you. They’re simply saving TK for when needed. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Right?
I did see a play during the WVU that caught my attention. When we ran the Belldozer, WVU was so heavily invested on stopping Bell, that Neal when completely unaccounted for on his jet sweep decoy motion. The OLB and CB instantly crashed down to get Bell while Neal went unabated around the edge. The defenders didn’t even acknowledge his presence. That said, I would like to see this package again a couple of times a game, but with Neal taking one handoff and Bell plowing ahead with the other. Just another play to keep the defense guessing, honest, and slightly out of position to make a play.
Another variation of the jet sweep to Neal is not give it to him in front of Bell but let Bell step toward the line and then hand it off to Neal. Talk about a defense that will looked like it just sucked on a lemon: pucker face: everyone collapsed and Neal walks in.
As JY said before, we don’t have “dancing bears” anymore. Just my non expert view but there are tradeoffs. We can run smash mouth plays up the gut but our linemen aren’t as nimble getting downfield or to the second level (lots of whiffs on LBs vs Tenn). I think Savage is a great example of this, super strong at point, not too light on his feet. Also, to set the edge you often have to have a good blocking TE or FB. Besides Rip, we don’t have anyone like that. Man if we had someone like Brody Eldridge again…
A little off topic, but man, there might be a pretty big shakeup this offseason in terms of big name coaches and big name schools. Can’t imagine Muschamp or Hoke get another year. Just read an ESPN article that mentioned Michigan might try to lure Les Miles away from LSU again. That would leave LSU looking. Gundy (of osu) was a name thrown around for Florida. And Mullen from MSU. Either would leave those schools looking. Harbaugh might be looking to return to the college game. That same ESPN article mentioned that he LOVES the state of Kansas, and might be an option there, as crazy as it sounds.
Harbaugh to Kansas? Why? Meeechigan makes more sense.
For the third consecutive week at least one espn analyst has put OU on upset alert…..Gee, I’m shocked.
Is OU going to where those gold accented and Crimson jerseys for the Red River Rivalry this year??
It’s got you talking about it and mentioning it elsewhere, so they’re doing what their producers want them to do 😉
No
I thought they were as part of the 100 year celebration. Since they were the away team last year they would wear the Home gold accented this year. Could be wrong but I could have sworn I read that somewhere.
Omg, I hope not!
You mean the ones that reminded me of Fla. St.? Crazy I tell you!!! Hopefully we just wear the “whoop ass” ones.
there is a headline on espn that says manziel may counsel winston….haha…douchebaggery isn’t learned, you either have it or you don’t
I can not up vote this enough!!
I noticed Miley Football’s replacement, Hill, was doing the “money” gesture last week after throwing a TD pass. The counselor needs counciling.
“miley football” that’s nice. anytime anybody makes that gesture, they need to be punched right in the mouth, then it would stop pretty quick….same with being offended by anything and everything in the world…punched in the mouth…it would stop. just ask pavlov’s dog
He has that thing talking now!? Wow. That’s a conditioned response to beat the band!
he sounds a little like lou holtz but yes he does
Lol… I knew whatever language Lou was speaking wasn’t completely human !
LOL!
Don’t get too excited… That dog only says words that begin with the letter R and end with the “ski” sound…. Which is understandable because of the Russian thing.
Travis Lewis did it for four years… So did Wort and Nelson did too. Not saying it’s right just very common.
i just don’t like that kid one bit and he gets celebrated for it
Yep. I tend to not blanket judge a group of people but I have a hard time thinking most of the aggie players are not pricks and it seems to flow from their coach. They are sure cocky for a team that hasn’t even won their division.
Miley Football… That right there is funny
I would say that Jameis already has it…
……to a degree that would kill most people.
…in spades
Has anyone else watched the Sooner Someday video on Sooner Sports? Kinda corny but looks like a good initiative for kids.
Is Quentin Hayes now a legit NFL prospect? Stoops says he is one of the fastest players on team. Put him in the same category as Ross and Brooks.
Why is OU on upset alert every week? Out of the top 4 teams they have been the most consistent. Either OU isn’t getting enough credit or the Big 12 is stronger than they would like to admit.
ESecPN.
Because espn logic is to pick against ou every game until they are actually right so they can say “aha! I told you they were frauds” the fact is everyone knows if ou was in the sec, there would be no more auburn no more lsu or Florida and South Carolina. It would be ou and Alabama. Right now if ou could hang their hats on the sec banner then these kids wouldn’t be waiting around to commit.
Nailed it. Absolutely drilled it…like Matt Carpenter against Clayton Kershaw
I’m not much of a baseball fan at all. Would like to see kemp have success and represent okc area.
I don’t have a lot to hang my hat on but I can say that Kemp never got a hit off me in HS and I struck him out once maybe twice in a game his senior year (my junior year). So it’s cool seeing him have this much success in the MLB.
That’s how I feel about Bradford. I wasn’t good enough to play against him in anything but I remember watching him every year and I thought he would have been a better basketball player. I guess I was wrong
Dude wasn’t paying attention in the parking garage once, and he walked right in front of my car as I was driving to leave… I was like, “Oh snap, I almost hit Sammy B!” SOOO super glad I didnt hit him. I would have had to transfer from OU. I would have been HATED, and probably tortured, even though he was the one not paying attention! LOL
Like marky mark in the other guys ha
Nailed it like Moneycutt.
Yup, saw Desmond Howard put us on upset alert.
I believe he also picked WVU to beat OU as well. Keep picking against the Sooners Desmond. BOOMER!!
SOONER! Can’t stand that guy. He needs to go hang out in traffic with johnny bag of douche
He’s an idiot. Picks against us every week.
Hey, I love it when the talking heads pick against us. We seem to play better as underdogs.
This Sooner fan Having been kicked in the nuts almost every season by an inexplicable loss can see why. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. If they say that every week about top ten teams then they will likely be right once and then they can crow about their football insight. The big losses are the ones no one saw coming.
they need us to lose. they needed oregon to lose. as many things as can happen for them to get to keep beatin that sec drum. if they get 2 teams in with 2 losses or the sec west champ wins the sec and west #2 gets in, then i say the committee has no integrity and are just like everybody else who watches college football with sec glasses on
OU Stat of the Day:
Per SoonerSports.com’s “Oklahoma Game Notes”, Oklahoma has won 45 consecutive games when leading at halftime, the second-longest active streak in the nation behind Oregon (62 games).
OU is now the leader since Oregon was leading 7-3 at Halftime last night! (knock on wood)
You also realize that TCU has NEVER scored more than 20 points on OU in a game, EVER. Just sayin’ since you were bring up interesting info.
It’s Open Post. It’s the weekend. And I ain’t wearing pants until Sunday.
Ha-rumph.
Don’t go outside.
I’m not wearing socks with matching underwear.
Boom. That is a great plan.
This just in! Barry Tramel is an idiot! He picked Tcu over OU. More at 11
Barry is a fan of the little guys. He believes if they go to an 8 team playoff that every conference champion should qualify even from conference usa and mt west. And he wants to beat that tcu drum and pretend they’re adding a lot to this league.
I think Houston would add much more especially since the big 12 already owned the Dallas market and lost much of Houston market with tamu going to sec.
Fan of the little guy or not he is still an idiot.
True but I think he’s calculated he knows what drives his readers crazy and yet they still read or listen to him when he’s on the radio. Its just like radio/tv guys doing stuff for ratings.
He also picked Oregon to win by over 30 vs. Arizona. Can’t wait to see how many of his other predictions are utterly wrong. Maybe he’s just trying to give the Crimson and Cream a little bulletin board material to get ’em fired up for tomorrow.
This one goes out to eastex and all you other dahu lovers. We need to offer this kid and get him here. Flipped to the Louisville game. Its Friday, I used to watch bosom buddies and perfect strangers and full house and erkel on Friday nights. I don’t see how we can let a talent like him go to a place that plays Syracuse on a Friday night and barely escapes….me and the 12 other people who checked this game out are wondering what the draw is..and petrino is freakin creepy
I’m baffled that they don’t want to offer dahu. I don’t want to hear the excuse that we’ve got enough big wideouts on campus. We moved one to tight end already. Burned another’s redshirt. Never mention another. Have another that couldn’t even catch a cold at the fair. While redshirting the most polished big wideout. It seems like mismanagement to me and there’s plenty of space for dahu, Humphrey and newsome.
I haven’t watched Louisville this season, but I will agree that Petrino is absolutely creepy…
ahhhhh…the good ole days of television! Perfect strangers! Balki!!
bye bye byu. don’t wanna hear it about your qb, you’re losing to a backup ON YOUR OWN FIELD
Of topic, but people are tweeting happy birthday wishes to Trevor Knight…so I am going with a happy birthday to Connor Knight since no one else has. Was Trevor born at 11:59pm on October 3rd and Connor was born at 12:04am on October 4th? Anyway, Happy Birthday to the Knight boys…and good luck tomorrow.
“I saved a life today. My own. Am I a hero? I can’t say, but…yes.” -Michael Scott
Folks, Folks….
Its FOOTBALL Day!!!!!!
BOOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SOOOOONER!
BYU’s shot at the playoff went down when Hill went down with an injury and loss to Utah State. Hill has a broken leg. Feel really bad for the young man, he was having a great season.
would you say their chances went downhill?
*D’OH!*
Thus is the fate of DT QB’s far too often.
I like Hill, tough gamer.
Late riser today. Carlos Santana was just awesome. He just loves what he does and still does it well.
Week 4 of no Espin game day……did I miss anything important?
Its a gorgeous day in God’s country…………BOOMER!!
I watched Gameday so that you don’t have to… Katy Perry openly proposed to Trevor Knight on the air. Does that count as something important?
Soooo I’m guessing she picked OU?
Everybody picked OU except Desmond.
She held up a heart-shaped sign with a picture of Trevor…woman has a TK jones.
She will need to clean her act up if she wants to attract TK.
True dat. He would probably be horrified at that man eater if he met her in person!
I thought she kissed a girl and liked it.
SOONER! Bet it was an awesome show!
Indeed it was. He’s one of my all-time favs on a guitar with Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck, BB King, Stevie Ray Vaughn. Great stuff.
He is truly a gifted musician.
Here’s one I’ll bet most folks haven’t seen…it’s awesome.
BTW, yesterday was SRV’s birthday.
Stevie Ray Vaughan is dead Eas Tex! He don’t get no more birthdays. Then again they sometimes mention Beethovens 215th or something so maybe it’s different in music, LOL.
Well, since their music lives on so do they.
Used to see SRV for a buck on Monday nights, back before he got famous.
In my best Homer Simpson awe inspired voice, while droolin; Jeffff Beckkkk. Everyone’s style may be different but Beck can do yours OR his and make it all look equally easy. Still doesn’t get the credit he deserves except among other guitar playing musicians who pretty much worship him!
So, this is the first I’ve really watched of AM or Miss St this season, and both teams look fairly well matched, but with no other games to go off of, I don’t know if they’re both mediocre, or both good. A few other notes from the two possessions I’ve watched:
1.) AM can’t run the ball.
2.) Overall, while still not great, AMs D looks much improved.
These seem right to anyone who’s watched more than one game?
By “D looks much improved”, I mean that they actually have one this year.
Nah. Mediocre. Typical gAggies.
Yeah, the score so far supports that, lol. But of course, Miss St. will end up top 5, and AM will only fall like 5-10 spots.
Ain’t that the truth.
THEY WOULD BE ABOUT 5TH IN THE BIG 12
I watched the MSU vs LSU replay last week and the Bullies look for real, to me.
You don’t see LSU’s O and D line get whipped all night very often.
I’ve been running around this morning so I can sit back and watch the pre-game show and caught the game on the radio(Aggie broadcast) and the announcers were very subdued in calling the Bullies TD that made it 28-7.
Too bad, Aggie, you should expect this kind of rude treatment when you don’t play any OOC teams without a pulse.
Anybody watching the MSU-TAMU game, did Hill do the “money” gesture after the Aggies lone first half TD?
/please say yes
I started watching after that TD, so I can’t say, sorry. Hope he did though.
give him something else to trademark. did you hear manziel’s gonna be in the new lord of the rings? he’ll play douchey baggins
I heard he was trying out for Dildo Baggins.
No. Hill pretty much didn’t do ANYTHING in the first half against a team with a defense.
1st-the excuses for a&m have already started. “the arkansas game was a tough, physical game and they’re a little banged up”
2nd-they will now talk up prescott like he’s the best thing in mississippi since brett favre
Hey “GIG” this…., it’s 41-17 Miss St over ATM.
BOOMER!!!
*GAG’EM*
B-b-butt, Arkansas and Mississippi State are *really* good, you know? They play in the best conference ever. If they played in any other conference, they’d be the champs *every* year. Their conference is the best. The best conference is theirs. The SEC is the best conference! The best! Did you know we play in the best conference?
