Dalton Bishop played high school football at Casady High School (Oklahoma City), along with basketball. After spending a year at Lewis & Clark College in Portland Oregon, Bishop joined the Sooners football team.

Bishop took a redshirt season in 2018. In 2019, he played in one game in a reserve role.
