The Path to Norman

Mittermeier’s path to Norman started at Butler Community College. After a year there, OU won his commitment over programs including Florida, Kansas State, and Nebraska.

Career So Far

The 2015 season was Mittermeier’s redshirt year. The next season, he played in all 13 games, mostly on special teams. 2017 was a time for him to earn more rotation time on the line; Quinn played in 12 games on the season.

2018 should be a year for Mittermeier to earn solid playing time on the line. Although it will be extremely difficult to break into the starting lineup, he can certainly provide quality depth in his last season at OU.
