The Path to Norman
Nate Anderson, out of the DFW area in Texas, was a slightly under the radar lineman for some time. A tall, but somewhat “lighter,” lineman in high school, Anderson started turning heads in the early spring of 2019. The Sooners went out to see Nate in May; within a week, he was offered while on an unofficial visit and committed right after that.

Career so Far
Anderson took a redshirt season in 2020 and did not play. He again did not see playing time in 2021.
Highlights
This Season
Nate Anderson has worked on the inside of the offensive line for most of his time in Norman. This offseason, he has worked mostly at center, backing up Robert Congel and Andrew Raym. He will be an option at both guard and center in 2022 as he continues working toward playing time for the Sooners.
