Ethan Lane went to Jesuit College Prep School of Dallas in high school, holding down the long snapper spot. Ranked a 5* by Rubio Long Snapping (check out the link for an evaluation), Lane committed to the Sooners in early 2020.

Kasey Kelleher is back for his final season as the long snapper for the Sooners. After this year, the spot could fall squarely on Lane’s shoulders. With four years of eligibility remaining, Lane is looking at one more year of learning from the experienced Kelleher before taking over the job in 2022.
