Jake Mann played high school football in North Carolina. Ranked by Kohl’s as the #1 long snapper in the country in the class of 2021, he was committed to Florida State until flipping his commitment to the Sooners to play as a preferred walk-on.

Kasey Kelleher returns to start at long snapper for OU. This will be his final season, leaving room for competition in 2022. Mann will presumably redshirt in 2021, saving eligibility for the future. Next season, he will be ready to compete with Ethan Lane for the starting spot at snapper.
