Tawee Walker, out of Arizona, played for Palomar College (JUCO) in California during his freshman season. He was a big part of the offense in his first year. Following that season, he walked on with the Sooners.

Highlights
This Season
This will be the least experienced group the Sooners have fielded at running back in quite some time. Eric Gray will start with Jovantae Barnes and Marcus Major behind him. However, don’t count out the others yet. Walker has been one of the strongest backs in the weight room this summer and will be pushing hard for snaps. This will be a season where walk-on backs, such as Todd Hudson, Jaden Knowles, and Walker, all have a solid shot at valuable minutes, and Walker looks like he is ready to take that shot.
