The Path to Norman
Jayden Rowe played for Union (Tulsa) in high school. The young man was recruited by many programs, including Baylor, Arkansas, and Iowa State. He caught the eye of many for his size and, in particular, his speed. Despite the pressure from other programs, the Sooners made Rowe part of their 2022 class.

Highlights
This Season
Jayden Rowe has the potential to play all over the field for the Sooners, as his speed will be in high demand. On the defensive side, he could slot in at safety, corner, or the hybrid nickel spot. Rowe could also be an asset on special teams as a return man. He’s unlikely to start from day one, but Rowe certainly has all the tools to be a valuable player for OU for years to come.
