Jaden Knowles played high school ball down in Kennedale, Texas as a running back. After his time there, he attended Southwestern Oklahoma State in Weatherford, Oklahoma.

With the departure of Jalen Hurts and Trey Sermon, along with the possible suspension of Rhamondre Stevenson, Kennedy Brooks will be expected to carry a lot of the running game load. Knowles joins a crowded group that includes T.J. Pledger, Marcus Major, Seth McGowan, and Michael Henderson who will be looking to share the reps and earn their playing time this season.
