Career so Far
Nickson took a redshirt season in 2025 and did not play.
Highlights
This Season
The EDGE room lost a big piece from last year, as R Mason Thomas went to the NFL. Taylor Wein had a breakout season last year and will be the clear leader of the room. Danny Okoye and PJ Adebawore will likely battle for the other starting spot, with several others competing for playing time. It’s a busy room with plenty of talent, but it’s low on proven impact outside of Wein. Nickson will certainly have a chance to land on the depth chart this fall and start making his impact for the Sooners.
