The Path to Norman

Eli Merck came to Oklahoma from South Carolina. While playing high school football, Merck set his school’s record for receiving yards with over 3,000. Merck held an offer from Appalachian State, but joined the Sooners as a PWO in early 2023.

Career so Far

Eli Merck played in two games in 2023 and took a redshirt season. He did not play in 2024 or 2025, but was named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll in 2024.
