Bergin Kysar was a defensive lineman prospect in the 2024 class, playing high school ball in Edmond, Oklahoma. He received scholarship offers from Oklahoma State, Army, Navy, Air Force, and more. However, he decided to walk on with the Sooners.

This Season

The EDGE room lost a big piece from last year, as R Mason Thomas went to the NFL. Taylor Wein had a breakout season last year and will be the clear leader of the room. Danny Okoye and PJ Adebawore will likely battle for the other starting spot, with several others competing for playing time. Kysar will provide depth at the spot in this third year with the Sooners.
