The Path to Norman
Thomas was a four-star defensive line prospect from Bishop Moore Catholic High School (LA) and signed with Florida State. He redshirted in 2022, transferred to Colorado for 2023, and then spent two seasons at Georgia State. After producing his most complete college season in 2025, Thomas entered the portal and committed to the Sooners in January 2026 for his final year of eligibility.
Career so Far
Thomas redshirted at Florida State in 2022 while appearing in two games as a reserve.
He transferred to Colorado for 2023 and worked into the defensive line rotation in nine games before moving to Georgia State.
Thomas appeared in two games during his first season at Georgia State in 2024.
He played every game in 2025, made four starts, and developed into a dependable interior defender before transferring to Oklahoma.

Highlights
Thomas adds an experienced presence to an interior defensive line led by David Stone and Jayden Jackson. The unit is one of OU’s strongest and should be one of the best in the country. Thomas’ experience gives him a chance to earn rotational snaps at defensive tackle, with Nigel Smith, Trent Wilson, and Tank Carrington all in the mix as well.
