The Path to Norman

Taylor Heim was an extremely versatile recruiting prospect, with the ability to play tight end, receiver, edge, or linebacker. Heim received his OU offer roughly a month after Coach Venables came to Norman. Within a week, Heim choose the Sooners over offers from Tulsa, North Texas, and La Tech.

Career so Far

Heim took a redshirt season in 2023, seeing action in the season opener.

In 2024, Heim played in just one game.

Heim became a regular special-teams contributor in 2025, played every game, and saw action in a reserve role at linebacker.
