The Path to Norman

Dane Bathurst came to Oklahoma as a high school prospect out of Indiana. The linebacker / defensive end was a member of the 2026 class whose recruitment went somewhat under the radar. He was offered late by the Sooners in November of 2025 and wasted little time committing just three days later.
