Career so Far
Anderson took a redshirt season in 2022 and did not play.
In 2023, Anderson took over the long-snapping duties for the Sooners. He played in all 13 games as the long snapper on punts and kicks.
2024 was a similar season, with Anderson handling all long-snapping. He was recognized for his efforts with a third-team All-SEC selection and was a semi-finalist for the Patrick Mannelly Award, along with earning SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll selection.
Following the 2025 season, Coach Venables announced that Anderson had been placed on scholarship.

This Season
While there have been plenty of changes on special teams since last year, Anderson will once again handle long-snapping for the Sooners this fall. Now a seasoned veteran, he’ll be looking to be a stable force for OU on special teams.
