The Path to Norman
Devon Jordan was an in-state cornerback prospect in the 2024 class. The Union HS (Tulsa) product had offers from many top programs, including Alabama, Texas A&M, Miami, and more. Coach Venables made a habit of focusing on in-state targets and secured Jordan’s commitment in the fall of 2023.

Highlights
This Season
The cornerback room has a lot of exciting options, although injuries have kept several players sidelined for parts of the offseason; those injuries have led to lots of reps for younger players, including Jordan. With other players likely working at punt and kick return and plenty of corner options, Jordan will either provide depth at the spot or take a redshirt season this fall and prepare for future seasons.
