Career so Far
In his first season with the Sooners, Fanuiel played in six games, including the final four of the season, as a tight end.
This Season
The OU tight end spot will look very different this fall. Oklahoma brought in Bauer Sharp and Jake Roberts as transfers, along with Davon Mitchell from high school. The Sooners return Kaden Helms, Kade McIntyre, and Fanuiel to round out the group. Fans are hoping to see more out of the position after a quiet 2023. Others at the spot, mainly Sharp and Roberts, are likely to get the lion’s share of the snaps this year. However, Fanuiel can continue growing his game and pushing for playing time in the future.
