The Sooners added another massive piece to the ’23 class as wide receiver Brandon Inniss (6’0 190) out of Fort Lauderdale, FL (American Heritage) announced his pledge to Lincoln Riley and the Sooners.
Inniss is widely regarded as the number one receiver in the country and he continues the Sooners red-hot run on the ’23 class.
The elite receiver has had OU at the forefront of his mind for quite some time. Back in March, when CJ saw him at a 7v7 camp, the Sooners were already in a good position.
Inniss is a polished wide receiver. He runs terrific routes, has great hands, and has enough speed to take it to the house. He also is a fierce competitor and is widely respected by his teammates and opponents. His personality leads people to gravitate towards him and he is a guy that will have a lot of influence for the Sooners as they go about filling out the rest of the ’23 class.
The Sooners add Inniss to the ’23 class, which the parent of one uncommitted recruit described to me as ‘an all-star class’. OU already had RB Treyaun Webb, QB Malachi Nelson, WR Makai Lemon, TE Luke Hasz, and OL Joshua Bates in the fold and the addition of Inniss only increases the star power.
The buzz around OU’s ’23 class is only going to increase with Inniss now officially in the fold.
