After weeks of anticipation, Super K can confirm that the Sooners have officially added former LSU running back Kevontre Bradford (5’11 193) to their program as he has publicly announced his intentions to transfer to Oklahoma.
Bradford, out of Lancaster, TX, signed with LSU out of High School in the 2020 class, and while he did receive some attention from Oklahoma at that time, OU did not extend an offer.
During his one year in Baton Rouge, Bradford rushed 10 times for 58 yards.
Bradford has good speed and offers the Sooners some flexibility with how they can use him as he has displayed good hands as well.
The Sooners now have five running backs in the stable as Bradford joins Eric Gray, Kennedy Brooks, Marcus Major, and Mikey Henderson in DeMarco Murray’s room.
