As a matter of principle, I simply could not bring myself to link to Berry Tramel’s latest masterpiece. If you saw it, you know what I’m talking about. If you didn’t and/or haven’t, just know it must have been a VERY slow day in The Oklahoman sports department yesterday.
ESPN’s College Football Live used this graphic yesterday to bag on OU’s non-con schedule. Just one problem….

Tramel gets off the meds now and then, espn needs to get on some meds and hire some good fact checkers. There should be a highlight reel dedicated to Millard with all his good plays.Letterman, does anyone really care? Thanks Jordan.
Lmao @ espn. Idiots. I can’t bear to read half of Tramel’s crap.
I was at the game where Millard broke that run. That was just the icing on the cake in the second half. K-State fans were talking crap all game, and even when we put the smackdown on them after halftime, one of them kept jawing about how we could only do it with finesse through the air. Then our FB(!) runs right through them for a 61 yd. TD! Finally shut the last of them up.

Not surprising at all. Not only was it raw footage of the practice, it also showed some details about playcalling.
And the actual play-call itself up in the header. Have heard the coaches are, as one would assume, not happy at all about the players doing this type of stuff.
I wonder how long before they institute some kind of penalty for the kids that do that. I’d imagine that the last thing the coaches want other teams to get a peek at is how we might line up,or what blocking schemes we might use on a given play. And I suppose it’s possible that showing your teammate getting stuffed might not be the best etiquette.
I’d hope it doesn’t come to that. Just a talking to and carry on about their day.
I agree. And, in thinking about it, it shouldn’t be that hard, once they decide to make a point, to get it across without going further than that.
Finally, Letterman has been terrible for years, and I don’t even watch those shows (who does??)
I don’t and thus really didn’t have an opinion. I just know it was a big deal, at least to some, from a pop culture standpoint so I included it 😉

Berry Tramel must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Some of the comments were : Berry needs a hug and go drink a beer and relax.

After OU thrashed ESPN University (Alabama) they had to think of something to downgrade them after eating so much crow.
Obviously they were made by some student group, but I would love to have a plain white T-shirt like that guy’s wearing that just says “BOOMER SOONER”. Any ideas?
