Well, that is good news. Hopefully, no suspension looming either.
We are VERY confident he’d play before this. The charges getting dismissed all but guarantees it.

I consulted the Magic 8-Ball. The 8-Ball was generous and brought back a verdict of “Yes” to take him off probation. It’s not scientific but I did a Pontius Pilate and gave the vote to the people. LOL!

P.I. Charges dropped in 6 mos. likely received a ‘deferred imposition’ w 6 mos probation. Good news. Just needs to do the student/athlete thing and play x-box in his off time.

Sounds like a “Deferred Prosecution Agreement,” wherein charges are dismissed without prejudice to refilling, & certain conditions have to be met within the 6 months.
