BREAKING: 2017 OL Creed Humphrey Commits To Oklahoma

Probably safe to say this #SoonerSquad17 has just a little bit of momentum on the recruiting trail. And it gained even more on Monday afternoon when 2017 OL Creed Humphrey unexpectedly flipped his commitment from Texas A&M to the University of Oklahoma.
It wouldn’t be fair to say the OK Preps standout surprised people a little over a month ago when he committed to the Aggies as they had long been one of his top schools. But the fact the Sooners would miss out on one of the state’s top prospects is just something that doesn’t happen very often.
Welp, problem solved. Creed told TFB that he’s been thinking about flipping his commit for a little while now and it simply came down to his feeling OU was ultimately a better fit.
It’s a big-time recruiting win for Bill Bedenbaugh, who has been looking to add another OL (or two) to this 2017 class and now does so with one of the state’s top prospects.

Yeah, at least it was an anniversary dinner with my wife at Red Lobster. That almost makes it worth being absent.
Today is our anniversary as well. 18 years. Hope you had a good time.
We did. Our actual anniversary is not until Thursday, but the meat we had planned for dinner turned out to be a little sketchy so we decided to celebrate tonight. I definitely married up, She’s put up with me for 38 years. That alone makes her pretty special.

She’s doing better. They decided that she wasn’t having seizures so they took her off the seizure meds and some of her problems seem related to that.

So of the sixteen player in SS17, thirteen are rated 4* by at least one site. Of the remaining three one is a punter and one is a JUCO “Athlete” both of whom are listed as the #1 player at their position by 247.
