The Path to Norman

Jacob Jordan is a product of Southlake Carroll High School in Texas. The receiver was a member of the 2024 class with offers from Texas Tech, Tulsa, and North Texas. However, Jordan chose to join the Sooners as a PWO.

Career so Far

2024 looked likely to be a redshirt season for Jordan. However, the OU receiver room was decimated and Jordan rose to the occasion. He played in each of the final seven games, finishing the season third on the team in receptions and fourth in receiving yards. In a receiver group that was as low as its been in years, Jordan was a lone bright spot.

Jordan played in every game in 2025, but was featured less heavily in the receiving game. He played primarily on special teams and as a reserve receiver, with two catches on the year.
