Brendan Sorsby will miss the Red Raiders’ first two games.

The Texas Tech QB was granted a temporary injunction order in his lawsuit against the NCAA in Texas state court, according to a written order obtained by The Athletic.

The NCAA has officially filed a Notice of Appeal in the Brendan Sorsby case.

It’s described as an “accelerated appeal” made to the Court of Appeals for the Seventh District of Texas.
