The Path to Norman
Omarion Robinson came to OU out of the Arkansas high school ranks. Robinson, a safety in the 2025 class, was offered by the Sooners at the start of 2023. He picked up over two dozen offers, including Oregon, Georgia, LSU, and Arkansas, and was a threat on special teams to go with his safety play. Coach Brandon Hall made Robinson a priority and was rewarded with a commitment in the summer of 2024.

Highlights
This Season
Robinson has received nothing but praise since arriving on campus and looks to be an excellent addition to the safety room. He was fairly far back on this week’s depth chart both at safety and punt return; he may end up redshirting this season, but will certainly be a factor for the Sooners in years to come.
