The Path to Norman

Lewis Carter usually has one word associated with his on-field play: violent. The linebacker from Florida held offers from many top programs, including Clemson, Ohio State, and Florida. However, he visited in Norman in the summer of 2022, shortly after his OU offer, and it was all Sooner from there. Carter committed later that summer.

However, Carter has the tools and has enjoyed a stand out offseason; he will certainly find a larger role on defense this fall.
