Had hoped to bring you all some stadium renovation news with the release of yesterday’s OU Board of Regents agenda, but there was basically nothing in the way of details. So if you haven’t already, there’s no need for you to click on any of those stories with the teasing headlines insinuating there might be details inside, there isn’t.

The one vid I saw of Gundy talking at length to the press awhile back was the first time I’d seen him in action. He was very impressive. You could easily see that he would be extremely effective with the kids in recruiting and communicating. I remember watching it and thinking, he doesn’t show up on the podium much, but he’s a “secret weapon” for sure.
What would be more fun than an ice chest of beer and Switzer sitting on your porch?
He could talk for days, and I would happily listen to every word.
