Thomas has been a known problem for years, he’s right where he belongs at LosuR.
I believe he is a Katrina transplant, some of those guys are trouble makers. I remember a few years back a OU commit was killed by a transplant in Texas.
Crossfit is…..well….an injury workout. Sacrificing form for speed on Olympic and Power lifts and also doing an insane amount of reps….like….what?

And yet so many are worried about the slow start. I think these evaluations are more than just seeing if a guy can play. I think stoops wants to make sure they will be available after all the idiot busts we had who couldn’t even stay on campus for 2 years.

I agree Zack, look at how well our class closed out last year, was is 12 or 13, I can’t remember for sure. People need to remember there is still almost a full year until its time to “sign the ink”. Until OU starts getting classes that aren’t ranked nationally or start having the 35 best recruiting class I never worry about OU recruiting. Slow starts is part of the process sometimes. It’s not like OU doesn’t compete or doesn’t have the chance to compete every year for the big game.
Well and to be honest I wouldn’t be disappointed if we had a top 25 class but that was due to us recruiting in state kids that the national scouts didn’t rank highly. I always want us to have a good amount of oklahoma kids.

Does anyone else get nervous watching videos like the crossfit one? Watching people do those power clean knowing something bad is going to happen just gives me the chills!
Re crossfit fails. People using crappy equipment, showboating, not properly spotted, extra crappy form and back to crappola equipment just shows the gene pool needs to be thinned. I wonder how many of those that caved under weight didn’t exercise again for weeks.
