Best of luck to Cousins as he tries out for the Pan Am team.

Agree. (Hey, you know you were first. Not that it really matters but it seems a big deal to some.)

  • John Garner says:

Wow, about recruiting: are we in a slump or just being patient? Or maybe we, the fans, need to be patient. Guess I just needing a “BOOM” fix.

I love reading this site, but I prepare myself for something “cringe-worthy” every time when I anticipate which recruit has committed to somewhere else and/or that doesn’t have OU in their top schools. It gets depressing. I need a BOOM fix as well my good man.

It may be the off-season but TFB is keeping things interesting with it’s choice of movie trailers. Not that I’m gonna see any of these movies mind you but…….

Excellent article on Striker’s role in the OU defense. Highly recommend it.

Kimchi is the healthiest food you can eat. ( but not as good as REVENGE!)

Did Boyd bump his head, you know, like on a dump truck? No Perine? No Shepard? Maybe, and I mean mmmaaayyybbbeee you don’t give Perine the nod as a first teamer since we’re replacing a lot of guys across the line and looking at an offensive philosophy that POSSIBLY could be more pass-first. However, if you’re making assumptions on that logic then you must stay true to that and include Shepard on the first team. Seriously, look what he did in limited games last year in an offense with no true identity. I (usually) enjoy Boyd’s work, but wow.

  • ATLJTB says:

Who the hell is Ian Boyd?!?

    • SoonerGoneEast says:

      He’s a Texas guy.

A shining example of why blogs are never worth reading.

        Like this one?

Boyd is generally pretty good. He isn’t always right – he thought Bell was going to be unstoppable as a QB and then as a TE – but generally he seems to take a lot more care in writing his football opinions than most football writers.

  • SoonerGoneEast says:

ESPN lost 3.2 million subscribers. Well that’s just terrible. Someone needs to set up a GoFundMe page.

I fantasize about the day the whole ESPiN machine comes crashing down.

    • Mysterio1 says:

ESPN was once very special, then they tried to create and be the news. Instead of simply reporting it. They are so stuck on themselves.

  • leatherneck1061 says:

Parker as the only 1st team? What the….????

  • j l says:
