Seconded.
Absolutely. Also one for coach Trimble, a good man with a horrible disease.
I’ve personally watched a man die from ALS and its definitely one of the worst diseases you could ever get.
Yeah it’s awful. Lost my Uncle to it

ALS is a terrible disease. My heart goes out to him and his family. We in the area have gotten used to his positive nature and winning ways.
I agree, probably one of the best High School coaches there are. I hate to hear anyone being diagnosed with ALS, that’s pretty much a death sentence…sad.
I had an aunt pass away from ALS, and that is the worst thing I have ever seen. I will definitely be sending my prayers towards him and his family.
I just read an article that speculated that Lou Gehrig may not have died of ALS, but from continuous blunt force trauma to the head. Interesting article.
Wanted to respond to this. He comes into my BBQ restaurant about twice a week. Absolutely loves the food. He’s an amazing man and has even helped us with our radio ad (comes on the sports animal) by being the voice of the ad. It’s sad to see something like this happen to a man that is highly respected and just overall an awesome human being

Need to pray for our entire country.
I am without words for how terrible this is for us all. Pray for our country. Pray for each other to find peace through it all. Sad sad day.
Pray if that’s what works for you. And then let’s all carry that peace into our daily lives and conduct ourselves in calm and respectful ways to all the people we encounter. A little forebearance, tolerance and self abnegation, if practiced by enough, will go a long way.
Love. Each. Other.
kill the snipers…no trial.
cyclical hate just goes back around and around Stephen. Justice is due nonetheless.
Why do I get the feeling I’m glad that certain posts are blocked?
I have thoroughly used the block function since its release. lol.
I am dumbfounded and saddened. I want to understand how it is that people don’t value each other.

Totallly agree. And we will always be a Sooner.
Can’t help but think that Coach Crutch could be in line for the head job when Lon decides to hang ’em up. Congrats to Coach Crutch on the promotion.

Good on Coach Gasso for travelling to see her girls. Coaches are more than just leaders, they are role models, mother/father figures, life counselors, etc. That should not stop just because a collegiate career ends!
Praying for my brothers and sisters in blue.
Praying for everybody.
As am I. I’m so damn worried for my middle son. It was bad enough when both boys were in Iraq, then to see the younger having to be in riot gear on the news. It makes me nauseous with worry. Literally.
NO politics…
ALL LIVES MATTER.
I could not agree more. Sounds like you sons and I have a lot in common. I was in Iraq as well. Sounds like you have some good kids!
We weep for Coach Trimble and his family. This will be a tough ordeal, and the outcome is always the same. Prayers for all of them.
