TJ Pledger to Visit Nebraska: We have confirmed via a source that OU RB commit, TJ Pledger, is expected to visit Nebraska this weekend. Our source said, “I will be shocked if he flips, even if Nebraska needs an impact running back in this class”.

We have spoken to a couple sources in California who are close to Pledger and there is an attempt to push both him and players he is close with to UCLA. But we are still unsure how big of a threat that really is.

As of right now though, according to our sources, Pledger remains solid to OU.

This morning Ryan spoke with a separate source who is close to Pledger about the Nebraska visit. That source stated that Pledger is “committed to OU” and is just wanting to “enjoy his official visits with friends.” This seems to confirm that OU is still in a great place with Pledger. – (Super K & Ryan Lewis)

Josh Proctor: Can’t say much about this on our main site due the sensitivity of the subject but based on what we’ve heard there is some movement in this recruitment.

New Offer | Dominick Wood-Anderson: Last night OU offered Texas JUCO TE commit, Dominick Wood-Anderson (Arizona Western College).

Wood-Anderson was actually expected, by most, to commit to Alabama before he chose Texas. In fact, Andrew King who writes for our Texas site was on the radio in Austin the day he committed and he predicted Wood-Anderson to land at Bama on the air that day.

I checked with a source who said, “I expect he will visit [OU]”. We have not confirmed that with Wood-Anderson.

Also checked with a source on the Texas side to find out how worried they are about OU as a threat to flip Wood-Anderson, “we aren’t sweating it”. We’ll do some digging and see if they should be.

I can tell you that Wood-Anderson is a ball player. He’s not a guy OU wants to have to face. So, this is a good move by OU. – (Super K)
