Oklahoma has just offered 2014 CB/DB Cornelius Floyd out of Miami. Coaches should be down to visit him in the next week or two.

    Wonder if that means anything regarding Mosley or Parker…

      I put a note in the comments section regarding Mosley in the Mosley evaluation post basically saying that OU wants Mosley but are still going to pursue other CBs. Which I assumed means they aren’t sure one way or another where they stand. If the didn’t think they had a chance they’d give up but if they felt certain they’d get him they probably wouldn’t be making offers unless of course they’re looking to take two CBs. But Miciah Quick is pretty much a done deal. Not really related to Parker because I believe they’re looking at Floyd as a CB

          We feel very good about where Oklahoma stands with Quick. Really hard to see him going anywhere else right now.

    If I remember right a lot of people thought Justin Manning was a done deal to OU & that didn’t happen.

      Very good point Steve which is why I said “pretty much a done deal”. I added a little more equivocation than just “a done deal”. There is always a some margin of error with these kinds of things but we also don’t get our information from “a lot of people” 🙂
