The Path to Norman

A Nashville, Tennessee product, Jones stopped at Liberty University on his way to Oklahoma. After playing quarterback in high school, Jones took over a receiver role in college. Following a short time there, Jones joined the Oklahoma program after his 2017 season with Liberty.

Jones took a redshirt season in 2018 and did not play in 2019.

2020 Season

The 2020 receiver group, although talented, isn’t as deep as it has been in recent years due to injury and suspension. Hopefully, Jones can enjoy some playing time at the spot in his final year in Norman. However, he won’t just be showing up there; the HOTY campaign has already begun.
