2019 Season

Hosting a new defensive staff, the Sooners are looking to form a new identity on defense. With several veterans in the secondary, including Tre Brown, Tre Norwood, and Parnell Motley, along with plenty of talented underclassmen, like Miguel Edwards and Starrland Baldwin, it will be tough to crack into the rotation. However, under Alex Grinch’s defense, speed counts for a lot; Charlton has that in spades. That will be a huge asset for Charlton as he looks to earn playing time this fall.
