    Good stuff.

  • Big Higg says:

Wow Charlie Strong’s bunch is on a roll lately

    • Super K says:

Was always surprised by the fact that OU and Texas fought for Chevoski Collins. Nothing against him personally, just never thought he was a particularly explosive player and had the dreaded ATH title.

  • Sooner Ray says:

Sucks to be Texsa, but who didn’t already know that?

  • kt-raida says:

I do believe OU has scoreboard over A & M also buddy .

  • Super K says:

“He’s poppin off when he loses so you know he’s gonna pop off when he wins” lol, love it.

  • Chase Korenek says:

One of my favorite things on the “news” posts is Jordan’s little tidbits he writes over the videos, and for whatever reason “keep it clean, people” just got me laughing and laughing this morning!! As usual, love the work brainiacs!

  • Chase Korenek says:

One more thing Jordan, do the other brainiacs consider your contributions worthy of your own avatar pic yet on the top of the page?? 🙂

    • Jordan Esco says:

Yes. The lack of one is one me. I’ve found that the mystery far, far outweighs the reality so I’m gonna continue to rep Zack Morris as the closest equivalent to my own appearance.

  • Jared William Reininger says:

I have a buddy that was at OSU with Blackmon, said he was a functioning alcoholic among other things. I am actually a little sad to see this happen. He could play, I will give him that, but he has some bigger issues off the field he seems to need to deal with.

    • Clint Lenard says:

I agree. He’s clearly not dealing with whatever issue(s) he has. He needs to seek real help. Anyone who finds this amusing is either 12 or a delusional, hypocritical “fool”.

  • EasTex says:

Sure hope Overstreet can do better now that he is out of that school in Austin.
    An amazing football family:
    David Overstreet(great-Uncle)-OU running back 76-79
    Travian Smith(cousin)-OU/NFL linebacker
Denarius Moore(cousin)-Vols WR and current Oakland Raiders WR
His dad was a RB at Baylor and his Uncle was an all-conference safety at TCU and Dallas draft pick.

    • OUWade says:

There was another cousin that played DB at Missouri, if I’m remembering correctly. I think it was David’s son. Maybe was even named David Jr.

  • vargo05 says:

Brainiacs, do any of you have any idea who all will be on campus for the NUC camp this weekend? Seems they’ve had some pretty solid talent in the past.

  • Kody K. says:

Charlie Strong is a coach that won’t overlook any kind of misconduct from a player. Reminds me of a private school I attended as a child ran by nuns. I would think that could scare some recruits off. I am not implying those players did not deserve the boot.

  • BigJoeBrown says:

That is one jacked up police report. Sanders and Meander have some serious issues and there is no way in hell, I’d want them associated with my program.

  • DCinAZ says:

Bob is also popping off because he knows what he’s going to do to Tennessee.

  • soonermusic says:

I believe OU has played ‘Bama 3 times under Bob Stoops. tv dude might want to check the “score board” before saying “for once Oklahoma looked better than Alabama.”

    • Clint Lenard says:

This was confusing to me as well. I believe OU is 3-1-1 vs Bama, all-time. But hey, who’s fact checking these days? Not people getting paid for it, obviously…

  • blaster1371 says:

Stoops didn’t bring it up until Saban did. He made excuses after Utah boat raced them. The coach out of Auburn hasn’t said jack- or maybe he has but Saban gets the press- about losing to FSU. I think the Cotton Bowl loss to Texass A&M is a moot point by now as the Sugar Bowl win will be this time next year.

    • soonermusic says:

Yeah, Saban was also pretty pathetic sounding trying to deny that he was pushing for the 10 second rule. It was on Maizel’s podcast. He tied himself into a pretzel, still sounding like he was lobbying for it, but didn’t want you to think he was, and contradicted himself, saying it was about player safety and that too many plays were being run in games, but the ten second rule wouldn’t affect the number of plays, since a study of fast teams showed only four plays would have violated the rule. It was mind numbing and annoying. His comments about how recruiting is totally clean now because of social media, were just as ridiculous.
