LOL, this is EXACTLY what I was just thinking! This is horrible. Seriously, was there not a committee for this decision? And was there not a single individual that possessed the thought of, “You know? That just looks like a pen holder.”
Looks cheap. I have always thought championship trophies should be big and to a degree gaudy. I say hand it over to my daughter let he bedazzle that sucker!
Huge Spurs fan. M’Baye would be sent down to Austin if he came to the Spurs. Just not enough roster spots.
That said, the Spurs aren’t really known for throwing down oops.

Yeah no doubt. I had just watched that video and it wasn’t ten minutes latter in it scrolled across the bottom on Fox News “two women die in Siberian Hail storm.
I honestly don’t care what the trophy looks like as long as a) we get to display it in our case and b) it isn’t shaped like a pair of longhorns or something.
