Kingfisher Yellowjackets product Curtis Lofton is still going strong in his 6th season. Doggone impressive.

Still going? He’s been near the tops in the league in tackles. The man is a beast and one of the best LBs in the NFL IMO.

Good to see an Okie (and a good guy) excel.

Yep – 6 years of LB work in the NFL. He’s played the 16 games each regular season. The definition of durable. Holy mackerel. He’s #21 in the league in solo tackles. The word “awesome” applies here.

I’m kind of surprised that I haven’t seen him in pictures at practice this week. K Stills was there, I wonder if all is well between him and coaches?

Watched the Eagles game against the Cowboys (I’m an Okie now living in PA). Even though he has his subpar moments, Lane Johnson is definitely holding his own. He can get bull-rushed, but his downfield blocking is very impressive. When Miami traded up to pick #3 on draft day, I was worried that they’d take Lane. I was jumping for joy when they took Dion Jordan. I figured Chip Kelly would pick Jordan if he was there at pick #4. Go Eagles and go Lane!!!!!
BTW: For all you Sooner fans who don’t already know this, Lane’s father-in-law was the former Pitt Steeler (and OU Sooner), John Goodman. The child that Lane just had has some good football genes.

You must have seen the hit that Murray put on that Eagles D-lineman…that was impressive!!!!

Was very impressive. And, the guy who took the hit (Squares) is a Bama grad. Maybe it’s a look into the future and OU will do the same to Saban’s team on Thursday.
