Wow, I love me some MMA, but that team fighting looks stupid. The chick falling was priceless. And I’m tired of kinsburry as well. Good stuff Jordan.

  • Shelby is my cousin 🙂

    Slow day…

  • Borba22 says:

I first saw that I believe chant from USU, and it’s pretty cool.

    • Jim says:

That’s really cool. I would LOVE to hear all of Owen Field, or at least the entire student section, pull off this chant during a game. That would get SO loud.

    • Shelby is a Patriot says:

Wish our fans would do this, that would be awesome.

    • hOUligan says:

That is great. Not wearing those latex gloves for a couple hours though. Would love to see a few more Poly guys and the team do that Haka warrior thing like Nila did to start spring last year. That got the blood up!!

  • Sooner Ray says:

We need to set up one of those five on five events, say Brainiacs vs. Insiders??? How bout it?

  • Zack says:

I see Jordan’s retweeting about the DGB incident. It’s sad but I guess it’s good ou missed out on that kid. To have him and metoyer from the same year both basically throw away possible nfl careers. It just makes you wonder why they can’t get their minds right.

    • Jordan Esco says:

Police report details are not pretty

      • Zack says:

Not at all. huge red flag as far as the NFL is concerned but depending on if he’s allowed back on the team at mizzou he will still probably end up a late 1st or early 2nd round pick.

        • Zack says:

And the girlfriend sounds like she’s around just for the potential money.

        • Doobie74OU says:

Yeah what is sad is these so called “Character Issue Guys” end up falling to the bottom of the first round only to be picked up by a Super Bowl contending team. That is not a punishment it is a reward! Would you rather be a Top 5 pick next year and go to Jacksonville/Oakland or one of the last guys picked in the First roung by New England/Denver.

  • Ryan says:

Why no open post lately?? It’d be nice considering we have a huge visit weekend coming up. Who is the 4 star tight end visiting OU??

    • Doobie74OU says:

I think they said in one post that Super K (who does most of the Open Posts) was out of the country for a bit but I think Jordan is suppose to be putting something together for who all is coming to Spring game!

  • JJsooner1 says:

Anyone else going through CFB withdrawals???? Hmmm gonna go watch OU try to beat Bama in the SB. I think we’re a 50 point dog:-)

  • Jordan Esco says:

Welp, that’s disappointing. Though, unfortunately, I can’t say I’m surprised.

    • Zack says:

He also tweeted that he doesn’t see frank shannon. The mystery continues…

    • Borba22 says:

Yeah, it wasn’t advertised very well either though. Students get an email on Thursdays about sporting events, so unless you follow OU on twitter, or happened to read the email a couple of hours before the practice, you didn’t know about it.

  • JB says:

    That “Whoops!” video is hilarious.
Did anyone else notice that when she fell in the guy she was interviewing appears to take off a necklace or dogtags…how in the hell is that going to help her get back on the boat, out of the water, etc.???

  • JB says:

NO, Mr. Esco, you are not the only one sick of hearing about Kliff Kingsbury. What cracks me up is how they try to make him out to be this female eye candy when he’s a massive tool!!!

  • Dustin Parish says:

Here are a few notes from the student practice: Dakota Austin looks like he may be pushing to be the starter opposite of Zanchez. He picked off Knight the first play of the short scrimage.
Derrick Woods has a lot of potential at reciever, he caught a pretty sweet TD pass from Knight.
The runn game didn’t look as strong as one would imagine it to be, probably because of the changes with the O-line.
In my opinon, Baker Mayfield would be the number two guy for sure if he was eligible. He and Trevor just throw much tighter/accurate passes than the other two.
Hatari Byrd was flying around in practice although one time he was out of position and Mike was pretty quick to let him know so.

All of this info is just coming from a 30 minute scrimage so there wasn’t a ton that could stand out but it is what I noticed
